A message from the Artistic Director
Welcome to another Drunken Owl Theatre production! Thank God for art, and for this project. My typical day starts with a heavy dose of the news, and it often takes me until rehearsal at 7:00 pm to put on a positive attitude. By the time I’m heading home after rehearsal, I’m glowing with the joy of collaboration and creativity.
We’ve settled into a rotation of three productions a year, in May, September and January. Our grass roots project continues to grow: on May 31 we head north to spread the DOT word in Concrete, WA, and in the autumn we hope to bring a show to a bigger stage in Seattle; please stay tuned.
And please keep coming! Our monthly readings continue on the third Sunday of each month at 5:00 pm (with the exception of June this year, when we’ll take a break.) Thanks for your support of the performing arts.
