A lot of work goes into a production:

Phil Kelley and I installed a new set of pipes from which to hang our two new lighting instruments (delivery scheduled soon.) Our blocks and flats on the floor will be properly illuminated!

Before we can paint new scenery on the flats,

we mix up some old paint

so we can blank out the previous show.

After all that work, a trip to the Georgetown Brewery was in order.

Because they’ve sponsored us by placing ads in our programs, I had given Manny a sample of our Drunken Owl Theatre burn art.

Imagine my joy when I saw it mounted on the wall of the brewery, in a prominent spot near a montage of Georgetown establishments! Drunken Owl Theatre has hit the big time!
